Vinnie Montez spent his teenage years pursuing the dream of becoming a Cop. In 1998, he achieved his goal, becoming a Deputy Sheriff with the Boulder County Sheriff's Office. But after nearly ten years on the job, he began to suffer the effects of cumulative trauma
