Frank Summers has run away from a career as a fabulously successful rock promoter and an anguished private life. Now he's facing the hardest of all moral choices - a life or death decision which is to have a shattering impact on the lives of new friends who offer shelter, and on the new arrival on the seemingly tranquil scene.
