Shigeru Chiba
Masaharu Maeda (ĺç° ćŁć˛ť, Maeda Masaharu), known by the stage name Shigeru Chiba (ĺč çš, Chiba Shigeru), is a Japanese actor and voiceâ actor. He has also worked as a sound effects director and music director. He is affiliated with the talent management firm 81â Produce.
He is most known for the roles of the narrator of Fistâ ofâ theâ Northâ Star, Megane (Uruseiâ Yatsura), Rei IchidĹ (Highâ School!â Kimengumi), Kazumaâ Kuwabara (Yuâ Yuâ Hakusho), Pilaf (Dragonâ Ball), Raditz and Garlicâ Jr. (Dragonâ Ballâ Z), Buggyâ theâ Clown (Oneâ Piece) Kefkaâ Palazzo (Dissidia:â Finalâ Fantasy) and KĹichi Todome (Kerberosâ saga).
