D'Angelo
Michael Eugene Archer aka D'Angelo (February 11, 1974 – October 14, 2025) was an American musician, singer, songwriter and record producer. Following his early stint with the hip-hop act I.D.U., his initial big success in the music industry came in co-producing and co-writing the cut "U Will Know." D's solo debut, Brown Sugar, sold double platinum, while his second album, Voodoo, sold a million units. He was an early proponent of the musical movement known as neo-soul.
