Sergey Vladimirovich Yastrzhembsky (Russian: Π‘Π΅ΡΠ³Π΅ΜΠΉ ΠΠ»Π°Π΄ΠΈΠΌΠΈΡΠΎΠ²ΠΈΡ Π―ΡΡΡΠΆΠ΅ΠΌΠ±ΡΠΊΠΈΠΉ; born December 4, 1953, Moscow), is a Russian documentary filmmaker, politician and diplomat. He has the federal state civilian service rank of 1st class Active State Councillor of the Russian Federation. He was Yeltsin's and Putin's Spokesperson.
