Cacalo
Luiz Carlos Pereira Silveira Martins, better known as Cacalo, (Porto Alegre, August 27, 1950), is a lawyer, broadcaster and Brazilian sports director. He was president of the Grêmio Foot-Ball in the 1997-1998 biennium.
