Ivor Seward Richard
Ivor Seward Richard, Baron Richard, PC, QC was a British Labour Party politician who served as a Member of Parliament from 1964 until 1974. He was also a member of the Commission of the European Communities and latterly sat as a life peer in the House of Lords.
