Richard Hugo
Poet and Seattle WA native, Hugo studied poetry at the University of Washington in the first class taught by legendary poet, Theodore Roethke. Worked as a Technical Writer at the Boeing Company for 13 years and later taught at the University of Montana in Missoula. His first poetry book, A Run of Jacks, was published in 1961
