Wallace Smith
Wallace Smith got his Broadway break playing the lead role of Simba in âDisneyâs Lion Kingâ, almost immediately afterward landing roles in âRagtimeâ and âAmerican Idiotâ. From there he jumped to the role of Judas in the Broadway revival of âGodspellâ. Before landing the role of Apollo Creedâs manager in Broadwayâs âRocky: The Musicalâ, Wallace debuted in âWhite Noiseâ (Chicago), âThe Last Goodbyeâ (San Diegoâs Old Globe), and âPippinâ (Kansas City Rep) and more. Smith is (currently) playing âHercules Mulligan/James Madisonâ in the Broadway company of HAMILTON after performing the role in the original Chicago Company (2016). A triple threat, Wallace is also a singer/songwriter/recording artist, with two albums on iTunes âIntersectionsâ & âsmithsoniAMâ.
