Nicholas Scott
Sir Nicholas Paul Scott KBE PC was a British Conservative Party politician. Scott was born in Edmonton, Middlesex, to Percival John Scott, a Metropolitan Police officer, and his wife, Teresa Mary Murphy, who was Irish Catholic.
