Ilan D. HallĀ is an American chef, television personality, and restaurateur. He won theĀ second seasonĀ ofĀ Top Chef,Ā and is owner-chef of Ramen Hood in Los Angeles. He hostedĀ Knife Fight, a cooking competition show on theĀ Esquire NetworkĀ for four seasons.Ā The show ended in 2017 whenĀ NBC UniversalĀ announced it was shutting down the Esquire Network cable channel.
